SILENTLY SAD.....BETH

This is Beth finished, she was for a challenge for the Dark Artist Guild "what is dark to you?"

Depression and suicide is dark to me. I hope not to offend anyone with my doll, she found her own way out of her depression.

Jacqui--I am SO impressed by this doll--I agree with the others, this is very candid and honest and all of the details are beautiful and profound--which, I think is what art dolls are all about--they aren't just cute or whimsical or "playthings"...they are so much more a great medium of expression!

Bravo!

Jacqui, this is such a poignant piece. It sounds rather strange to say I really like it, but I do.

Jacqui this is powerful! I just noticed the wrists. Her expression, heck, everything about her is perfect. I think the best dolls are the ones that make you 'feel' something.

She's powerful Jacqui~
As having been in depression for most of my life... I think you did an awesome job of what dark means to you...

My doll was a white being in a box that meant lonely, scared, no one....
Pattee
Really well done Jacqui~
