I thought I would try a new type of doll, thought it might be fun a add to a sculpted doll but it ended up being too big for the new doll I am working in. I am alo trying a different armature for the new doll I am working on. She hasb't told me yet who she will be but I think it is getting close:)

Jacqui, I love the little felt guy!! I'm really interested to see where your going with the others aremeture too, the head looks great! Hope you had a great New Years!!!
HAHHAAHAHAHAHA :) Jacqui! be calm! don´t worry to dealing with the translator (they are a wishy-washy.. I know it of good ink (spanish idiom! LOL), from Mr Octopus).. Although, I make barbarities each time I try to write in english, I haven´t got any problem to read it :)
Thank you very much for your support, I´m very happy!
New dooooooooolllsss!! YUJUUUUUUUULLLLLLL ÑAM!!
Loopy, I am interested in where I am going with this armature too!! lol I had a plan, let's just see if it works. lol
The felt guy was just something fun I could do in a night and something differnet then I usually do. I think I will make more of these probably bigger though or maybe smaller....will see.
Sandra, I will spare you the spanish translater then..lol my english is not much better at times and my spelling is terrible but I can usually get my point accross:)
So happy to have to in blog land with us!!!

Ohh Jacqui..zombi queen..glad to see you experimenting with different "bones" it makes a big difference in the dolly and how they each turn out! Love the little stuffed friend! exactly how I feel most of the time!! xoxox Gail
Thanks Gail:) This doll has been especially exciting to do as there were so many "firsts" with her. I did alot of things differently, I am curious to see just how she finishes. The funny felt girl/monster thingy was just something fun to try that I could make in a few hours. I like how she turned out considering I had no idea what I was doing. hehe

Any more shots of this little doll? She has a very sweet face.
Odd imagination, she is almost funshed, I will be posting more photos later today I hope:)
Thanks for the coment on her:)
Jacqui
How did this armature work for you? What kind of clay are you using?
HMMMM okay but not really for this doll:) I used a mixure of cernit and supersculpty but I usually use prosculpt. I did get som moonies from this mixutre but I think that is due to the sculpy??? I have never had much luck with it although i know some people use it with out this problem.....I can't seem to figure it out:(
I will sue this armature again but not for a doll I want to stand.
